In order to provide the best in customer service, registered members of the site and anyone calling to purchase airfare must share personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.

We will not sell or rent this information to any third parties, beyond those directly involved with your transaction (airlines, vendors, hotels, etc).

  • Required Transaction Information

  • You are not required to share any information with GetAwayPerks when you visit the site or call our Travel Professionals to search for great travel deals.
    However, if you choose to purchase airfare from GetAwayPerks via the internet or over the phone, you will be required to provide GetAwayPerks with your billing and shipping addresses, credit card number and expiration date, as well as any flight preferences you may have.

  • Membership Information

  • Membership offers you the flexibility and freedom to complete a travel purchase on our site at any time. When you register, you will be asked to share certain basic personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, and password. In order to purchase tickets online, you will also be asked to provide your credit card number, frequent flyer number, travel preferences and so on. You can remove or change this information at any time.

  • How Personal Information Is Used

  • When you purchase travel products or services, your personal information will be shared with those parties necessary to complete the transaction. This includes the vendors you have selected (for example, airlines, hotels, travel insurance providers, etc.) and the companies who facilitate the transaction (for example, your credit card company).
    As a member or guest you may receive communications from us or third parties performing services on our behalf. These communications may include: (i) specific information regarding your travel requests or arrangements, such as notification of a flight cancellation; (ii) notifications regarding updates or modifications to our site; and (iii) details regarding any special offers sponsored by us, such as rewards, rebates, sweepstakes and gift promotions.
    As a member or subscriber, you may also choose to receive special promotions that we believe may be valuable for you, including, e-mails promoting special travel deals, sponsored by us or third-party vendors. If you participate in a contest or sweepstakes, your personal information may be used by us, or trustworthy third parties acting on our behalf, to process your entry and fulfill any prize awarded to you.
    From time to time, in an effort to improve our service, we may ask third parties to conduct marketing-research analyses on our behalf and, as such, the information we provide to them is restricted to marketing-research analyses only. Any personal information we provide to such third parties is protected under confidentiality agreements.

  • Contests or Sweepstakes participation does not require GetAwayPerks membership, any airfare purchases, or e-mail subscription. However, when you enter a contest or sweepstakes, you will be asked to share with us certain personal information.

    3. The above confirmed tickets are non reroutable and non transferable.

  • Conditions

  • Getawayperks.com powered by International Travel Network (ITN) strongly recommends travel insurance. At this time the flight departure and arrival times are correct. However, airlines frequently change times and/or flight numbers. ITN is not responsible for schedule changes. Please, contact the airlines to verify current flight information and reconfirm your flights 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Failure to use any reservations may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations and suspension of the tickets; contact ITN or the airline prior to your scheduled departure to cancel your existing reservation and retain the original value of the ticket if applicable. Baggage allowances vary widely; please contact the airline for specific limits. Check in time recommended for all international flights is a minimum of 3 hours, even if you are traveling on a domestic carrier to another airport and connecting to your international flight. Travel documents required for all tickets (paper, e-tickets, or paperless) include a valid Passport, which must be presented for all international flights. Some countries may require a Visa and/or health card. It is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure you have all necessary travel documents in your possession at check-in. In the event of non reconfirmation, or visa/passport issues, ITN shall not be responsible for denied boarding. ITN is not responsible for transportation to and from airports and between airports and do not provide hotel accommodation.

    You acknowledge that the travel information has been reviewed and it is correct. ITN reserves the right to charge service fees already included in the above total. Unless otherwise stated, the purchased tickets are highly restrictive and they are non refundable and non exchangeable. The customer understands all the stipulations, rules and conditions pertaining to the purchased tickets.
